Sea Dragon 16 (SD-16) was the 16th Sea Dragon mission to supply Jamestown base with nuclear fuel. It was launched off the coast of GuamW.[1] Just one month later it would be followed up by Sea Dragon 17.

Sea Dragon 16 was used by the PentagonW to secretly bring a second reactor to Jamestown, to produce weapons grade plutonium. There where protests all across America, due to the nuclear fuel it was carrying.[1]
