Rhys Ifans is is a Welsh actor and musician.
He will portray the Chief Designer of the Soviet Space Program in season one of the upcoming For All Mankind spinoff series Star City.
Ifans' participation in the new Apple TV show was announced on 3 February 2025.[1]
